The gaps between individual previews

One banner can look right.
The set can still feel wrong.

An old offer in the skyscraper. A clipped headline in the rectangle. A CTA that arrives too late. Seeing the versions together gives those differences somewhere to stand out.

Copy across versions

Check the offer, dates, and CTA against the brief. Make sure an earlier message has not survived in one of the formats.

Layout across sizes

Compare hierarchy and legibility. Look for awkward crops, crowded legal text, or a logo that gets lost in a narrower format.

Motion across the set

Watch each animation through. Check that the headline can be read, the CTA has time on screen, and the final frame makes sense.

From exported variants to a shared preview

How to share a banner set for review

  1. Prepare the variants you want reviewed

Open your creative and check the sizes and content versions against the delivery brief. Use clear names so feedback can identify the right banner.

  2. Export the set and open its review link

Export multiple variants. Open the review URL shown in the export result to inspect the exported banners together, then copy that link for your reviewer.

  3. Collect feedback, revise, and export again

Keep comments and sign-off in your existing email or project tool. Make changes in Foldwrap, re-export affected variants, and review the updated output before delivery.

A link, instead of a pile of attachments

Give the reviewer the whole picture.

Share the review URL after exporting your variants. Your client can open the page in a browser and inspect the banners without opening the editor.

For a job with several creatives, an optional campaign brings exported output together under a revocable review link.

Ask for feedback by creative name and size in your usual email or project thread. Foldwrap does not currently collect comments or record approvals.

The last pass before handoff

Same promise.
Different shapes.
Check every one.

Use the approved brief as your reference. A consistent set carries the same offer and brand through every layout, without forcing every size to look identical.

Visual review is one part of delivery.

Check file weight, dimensions, click tracking, and the destination’s requirements too. A preview does not guarantee platform acceptance.

Banner review:
your questions, answered

What is side-by-side banner ad review?

It is a shared page showing exported banner creatives together, so you can compare their copy, layouts, and animation across sizes or content versions. It helps with visual production checks; it does not measure ad performance.

Does my client need a Foldwrap account to view the banners?

No. The shared review page opens in a browser without an editor account. Anyone with the link can view the shared output, so send it only to the intended reviewers.

Can reviewers leave comments or approve banners in Foldwrap?

Not currently. Foldwrap provides the preview and delivery page. Collect feedback and record approval in your existing email or project management tool.

Will the review page show my latest editor changes automatically?

The page shows exported files, not unsaved or unexported editor changes. Export affected variants again after revisions. Campaign review pages flag files that have changed since their last export.

Do I need to create a campaign to share a banner set?

No. Multiple exported variants of one creative can share a review page. An optional campaign can gather several creatives under one review link, which the owner can revoke.

Can the reviewer download the banner files?

The review page provides downloads for available exported files and a delivery package where available. Confirm that the exported set is the version you intend to hand over before sharing the link.
