Help / Share a campaign and deliver the files

When a campaign is ready, two things get it out the door: one link for the people who approve it, and one archive for the people who traffic it.

On the campaign page, click Share with client. Foldwrap creates a private link that looks like this:

https://foldwrap.com/review/c/3z9oRew1nMVja0lTttgPNITki6glkqeU

Copy it into your email or message thread. Anyone with the link sees every exported format of that campaign on one page — running, at the right size, with file weights — and nothing else. No sign-in, no Foldwrap account, no access to your editor, your other work, or your account.

The page also lists creatives that have not been exported yet, so your client can see what is still coming instead of wondering whether you forgot it.

Keep the client informed about changes

If you edit a creative after exporting it, the review page marks that format "Updated since this file was exported." Export it again and the note disappears. This is the thing that usually goes unnoticed until a client reviews an old version.

Click Revoke. The link stops working immediately, for both the review page and the file download.

If you share the same campaign again later, Foldwrap issues a new link. The old one stays dead — so a link you sent to a client who is no longer on the project cannot come back to life.

Download the delivery package

Click Download delivery package on the campaign page. Your client can do the same from the review link.

You get one ZIP containing:

  • One ready-to-upload HTML5 ZIP per format, at the root of the archive
  • INSTRUCTIONS/README.txt — how to upload it, including CM360 batch upload
  • INSTRUCTIONS/manifest.csv — the trafficking sheet

Keep each inner ZIP intact — it holds the HTML, CSS, JavaScript and assets that one ad needs. Extract the outer package only.

File naming

Files inside the package are named for the people who upload them:

ikea-es_ikea-q3-nocturna_alegra-tu-salon_300x250.zip

That is client → campaign → creative → size. Your creatives are not renamed in Foldwrap — the naming is applied only inside the delivery package, so your own titles stay whatever you find useful.

The manifest

manifest.csv has one row per file:

ColumnWhat it tells ad ops
Creative, CampaignWhich concept and which delivery
DimensionsThe placement size
ZIP file, ZIP bytesThe file and its weight, for platform limits
Export currentyes, or no - re-export when the file is older than your last edit
Status, Files in ZIP, IssuesPreflight results — clickTag, ad.size, missing assets

Open it in a spreadsheet and you have the sheet you would otherwise have typed by hand.

If the download is refused

If Foldwrap says nothing has been exported yet, the campaign has creatives but no export files. Export at least one creative first — the package collects what is already exported, it does not export for you.
